Get to know Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon Dr. Marc Gibber, who serves patients throughout the State of Florida.

A highly trained cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon, Dr. Gibber is focused on quality improvement and patient satisfaction. Beyond contemporary techniques, he possesses skills in minimally invasive and endovascular approaches in cardiac, vascular  and thoracic surgery.  Licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Dr. Gibber is affiliated with medical facilities such as Jackson Health System, Aventura Hospital & Medical Center, Mercy Miami Hospital, and Baptist Health South Florida. With a broad educational background, he graduated with his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2005. He then went on further his training with an internship, residency, and fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2006, 2012, and 2014, respectively. A member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the Florida Medical Association, Dr. Gibber is board-certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (ABTS).
